I know why he's on STARS! After Wesker Died Umbrella need some one new to watch over the remaining STARS members, so they got there Non-human B.O.W friend there, to work the night shift of STARS! Right now he's reading something about "The Best Way To Kill Rebecca Chambers", believe me, it's a web site Brad made.( Does not really exsist).
Doesn't matter if he's on STARS or not, he'll quit when Nemmy comes around!
