Excellent! One day I'd like to take one of "these" photos myself!

Nice photo! I am glad you got to experience this shot yourself - nothing compares to visiting a Wright house and I had a similar reaction to visiting Fallingwater and taking photographs there.
Here is a vintage photo I purchased by Ezra Stoller of a different part of the Guggenheim. I love how the woman and the people signal a time when it was a new building. If you are interested in Wright in general, the flickr set has photos by Pedro Guerrero (Wright's Personal Photographer) and Heidrich-Blessing as well as all kinds of letters, books, magazines, drawings, etc. that I have collected - enjoy! B.

Wow, sorry for the delay. I must have missed this one for some reason.
I agree, visiting a site like that has no parallels, whether it is a Wright house or a more recent Himmelblau building. The physical act of moving through such amazing space is very uplifting. I still have Fallingwater on my to do list, I am hoping to get up there next year sometime. I hear it is pretty nice, though it is a shame you cannot take pictures inside.
That is a nice picture you have, I like it a lot. Though you have to expect it because it is Stoller, it blows mine out of the water.
