Definitely the spice of life. I love finding things that are different and out of the ordinary... they just force your mind to change its pattern, to move in ways its not used to... to think thoughts it might not have otherwise even considered. And hence we learn to move beyond ourselves.

Very good points. Good too to look closely at the things that we are surrounded with constantly, the things that are no longer different to us. So very often there are beautiful things that we look at every day and yet fail to appreciate because we are preoccupied or busy.

Its actually been a very long autumn this season, although this photo was taken on the 2nd of November I belive. All the leaves are down now and we have had about a foot of snow total so far.

not sure a crop is needed.... i love the empty space the sky forms on the left. i might darken the trees in the background a bit to emphasize the sky more but the leaves are dead sharp. nice composition

Yes... I miss having autumn... down here where I live, we skip straight from summer to winter, not much of anything inbetween >.O. It's always so HOT.

Mmm. Yes. That would have to be a bummer. We complain about the cold up here, but I'd rather be too cold and have to get warm than be too warm and have to cool off.
