Description
I was looking forward to finally do something else than the usual clean stuff that I do (it just happenes that I don't have many clients that could use some messy, dirty design).I'm personally proud of this, and I love when I have full freedom of what to do - you know, when client trusts me and knows that I will do my best, instead of making dozens of smaller or bigger corrections that slowly destroys any decent design.
As it's obvious from the name, it will sell army, outdoor and sport stuff.

Your design is very clean and product oriented. I have an issue with the red color used on the buy and details buttons. Usually this color is used for alerts or some negative things. For action buttons I will go with orange, blue or green. For buy buttons I will go with orange in your case. Also you can consider the following:
- make the product title links bigger on the listing
- make the card images smaller
- make the wizard steps a little smaller - now that text looks bigger than the logo itself e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="
- the mail and phone number from the help section should be more visible
Despite the red color and some smaller issues the overall feeling is very good. The site looks nice and professional, but to much red for me e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s… " width="15" height="15" alt="

Thanks for critique! While I disgree with most of the things, I think we can agree that those are mostly personal preferences and not major things. Red isn't reserved only for errors/bad things. While it's used for that, that isn't reason to never use that color as one of the main ones in a design - it has no negative impact on users. Also, blue isn't reserved for links, you can use any main colors that fits and has good contrast (again, nowdays people are used to underlined text with any color). The only thing you shoud do is keep one (or two max) color for links and do't change it.

I agree with you, from the design point of view. I was speaking more about usability and the red color problem is more like a personal opinion indeed. The real thing is that we need to adapt to the user expectations and to the standards, as much as we can. Anyway, the site looks very good!

That's where I disagree, what you pointed out isn't connected with usability, maybe it was ten years ago, but nowdays it's not that easy to simply say that red is connected with danger and blue shoud be always used on links.

I would love to see more people focusing on usability and not only on relatively cheap effects. Especially here, I know a lot of obviously talented designers that can create lovely looking things that I wouldn't be able to, but they usually tend to ignore the fact that first rule shoud be "work", not "look good". Even some of really skilled people here have basic problems with font contrast.

Díky za komentář. Zkoušel jsem ta tlačítka původně nějak ozvláštnit, ale nic mi do toho nesedělo, takže jsem je ponechal jednoduchá. Vyhledávání je doufám dostatečně výrazné.

Vyrazne je, to ano, ale neevokuje 'toto je vstup. sem zadaj co chces a najdes to', ak vies co myslim

Věřím v to, že vstup může být i tmavě provedený a bude pochopitelný, pokud je tam textový popisek a tlačítko s klasickou ikonkou pro hledání.
