Concept art of Link if he was an official Hyrulian Knight. Just playing around with things in the hyrule universe and thinking about what ifs and such. Not sure if ima do a real one on this one as it was just one of a few designs I was playing with. Who knows.Related content

This is a wonderful, fantastic design, true to the overall look of the hylians, imho. However, something about it just doesn't say "knight" to me. Perhaps its the hat? The overall look suggests something more like an a scout, or special ops infantry. Not knightly in the courtly sense, but still a soldier.
Anyway, it's still a beautiful sketch.

yeah thats very true. I decided on the hat because its the only thing that would distinguish link as link. If I gave him anything else i felt maybe he wont look like him. Perhaps a more classy hat woulda been better lol. On the not knightly look, hmm maybe more elegant designs and armor grand like armor would help. particularly a breast plate rather than cloth. On a knight, perhaps a heraldric symbol. Like the kokiri sign or something. It'd be more accurate, but this is based on a video game character, so the level of historic/class system accuracy is all up to the artist...

Oo. Wonderful concept. Hair is very unique, and I like the armor design. I havn't played Twilight Princess, but if the style is from ther eor not, I still applaud you. The waist looks a bit puffy. Mega-crotch guard.

Yeah i just did the face with the hair and liked it and then continued. Its not from it as i didnt play it yet either(sigh) and was just something i wanted to imagine if he was actually accepted as a hyrulian knight or something in those lines. You mean his hips or you really mean his waist? I think his waist look fine. Maybe my eyes are playing tricks on me because his shoulder armer as i drew this without using guide lines to help with proportions. If it the pants i wanted it a bit puffy so thats my confusion from your view. I dunno i cant seem to see that this time for some reason. Ima just stare at it for a while till something hits me lol.
