What a lovely sketch!

The composition is nicely layed out and I like that when you look at the girl, your eyes then snap to the sketchy looking city. Which, btw, is my favorite part of this sketch. The little details look well done. I find myself staring at the book and curtains especially. I agree with The-Ez, you did a nice job with the window. (it's the slanted lines here and there that really make it seem like glass.) I like that the girl looks elegant even though you can't see her face. (the details like the curls at the ends of her hair and the ruffles on her shirt make her seem elegant to me.) You chose a nice color to sketch with - not too light and not too dark.

Wow, I never planned to make it look sad But everyone seems to feel it's nostalgic and dreamy I guess it's a good thing there's character in the drawing...
