Julius Monrey from Alice in Heartland.Obviously he is my favourite character in the series: I identify myself in his character and in his propensity to be overprotecting with Alice (but pretending to not be interested in her).
About his costume, I know it's not perfect, but I'm proud to have sew it by myself! I can not wait to do a good photoset of this cosplay! Hope you enjoy!

However, it was not very difficult
I used a clock that I already had, I coloured with a golden spray the outside part. In the back side I put a circular cutout of gym mat covered with golden synthetic leather.
I bought the part that connects the clock to the belt in a big fabric store (it should be something related to the curtains); you should be able to find it in a fabric store well supplied.
Ah, in the back side I also did a sort of door to insert the batteries in order to make the clock working!
Another advice: pay attention to the golden paint you buy, most of them are for an internal use only and this meaning that if you rub the painted object on your clothes it will lose its colour on them! Also this type of spray usually are not water-proof...
So be sure to buy a spray with both internal and external use!

i kinda want to make the vial with the medicine of hearts too but i have no idea how, i could try clay but it's should be see trough since it's a glass vial

Julius is the most underestimated character despite he is the coolest!
Yeah, I know the problem of making the vial; I thought to do it cutting small pieces of thin plexiglass or using a sort of sheet of trasparent plastic (using a papercraft method). But in the end I have never tried. Another solution shold be sculpting a model with clay, use it to make a silicone rubber mold and than pour in a epoxy resin! But it is a method so complicated, expensive and uncertain, that I never put into practice @_@

my friend once said that she thinks his outfit is too simple compared to the others but there's so much detail in his outfit!
