Going through old files, I found this unpublished character concept from 2019.

Steelclad (Cybernetic Law-enforcement And Defense)

Steelclad is part of a Federally funded project that works in conjunction with The Special Powers Act.
Restriction agreements made with the United Nations prevents the Steelclad technology from being used in war, neither foreign nor domestic.

-In a durability test, the armor has withstood controlled, high-impact blows from Mythic, with minimal damage.

-Speed tests have ranged from 65 to 85 MPH (depending on wearer).
Inner-city speeds are lower due to structures hindering maneuverability

-Strength Simulators (worn on arms and thighs) allow the wearer to Lift: 800 - 1000 lbs Support: up to 1 ton

-Meson Blasters have a discharge setting ranging from a stun-blast to full-blast, which is strong enough to shatter through several feet of reinforced concrete.

-Supplementary Gear includes: Tear Gas, Smoke Grenades, and Sonic-Emitter to assist crowd control/dispersal.

An alternate name that was considered for the character was Steelclash.
