Yes , I sculpted it over a life casting of myself  , and  then made a mold in plaster , , finally I cast it in latex rubber.
i have a lot of Monsters i built the same way
I'll be uploading pics  every now and then

Ahh, I could never get around making a live casting of my face..would have had it easier to cosplay Gollum, I had to make those bald caps based off in any big round object iI could find, and many times they didn't quite fit XD

I still use a life cast I made 25 years ago
i was a lot thinner then , but the  rubber pieces still fit { They stretch!}

I have some half finished planet of the apes make- ups to complete

YEP!
Rubbers latexes and silicons r foam stretch enough for you to fit them well!
And thnner or not, your facial structure is likely still the same! ^^


This reminds me of hpw I always DEVOUR face off...
I would truly WISH to have a simmilar show done in my country...I knw I'm just a silly amateur nd would never qualify! BUT I would love it so much to at least dream of entering!!!!

I've made myself up as planet of the apes a couple of times
The latest version is nearl done , but i just can't find the time to finish it
