funny my wife passed up the Bushmaster ACR back then and we are glad we went with the AMD-65s and Arsenal AKs due to lack up upgrades that were promised but never forefilled!
i shot the ACR and i love its controllability but was disheartened when they promised an upgrade and lower that accepts 7.62x39 ammunition and Ak Mags.
Its a beautiful weapon needs more attention!

From what i see, people hate the ACR cuz of broken promise, the lack of conversion kit that the company (I don't know who Bushmaster or Remington) hyped it up so much, it still a nice combat rifle just not adaptive anymore.
