This looks great, I love the sort of dress and corset she's wearing, the blue is odd but very fitting 
Her left hand looks fine to me btw, you followed the reference well, and it totally looks as if she's lifting it, just like she's doing with the other hand, you just see it from an angle were it looks a little off to some maybe,.. But I see how this pose works, well done dear!

I absolutely love this so much... The light shades in her hair capture the glow effect amazingly, and so do the runes! I have no words for the dress, it's definitely exactly what she would wear, corset and everything...Β

I loved so much the dress in the reference that I kept it almost the same. I also saw on your picture that she seemed to dress in black so it seemed fitting!

Kileanna was called "Witch" in a despective way by a female wizard who hated her. Argentea started imitating her, but she was unable to get a spiteful tone against her, so the word stuck as some sort of compliment xD

Here witches aren't considered necessarily evil, but wise powerful women. There is a real story about a woman thought a witch who the Inquisition wanted to judge but couldn't because she was so loved among people.
In Spanish calling someone "bruja" (witch) is definitely an insult. But in Galician calling someone "meiga" is something that shows a certain admiration
