Terrible title is terrible. Sat there for like.. 3 minutes trying to think of an epic name, but I couldn't LOL

Water flamail concept because I felt like it . They can manipulate water but not create it. They can, however, channel the stored up water in their body as well as the water particles in the air, which makes it seem as if they're creating the water. If they use stored up water, they will run out eventually and have to get a drink before being able to do it again.

And yes this is gonna be an adopt because I really like the design of the armour things, and I'm not going to be keeping her. I still need to make my own flamail OC

Adoptables are first come first serve.
Once you adopt, it's yours! You may do anything with the character, change anything, except the anatomy, or it's colour palette. Subtle palette changes are alright, but check with me first.
You may not put a hold on any of the designs
DO NOT RESELL. I keel you.
Credit me every time you draw the character. If you've altered the design, say so when crediting me.
Violation of these rules will result in me taking back your adopt and reselling them if I wish to.

Because I didn't design the body, you may design it yourself (it's like a headshot adopt ), or keep it the way it is. You may also add colours for this one, but let me know about colour changes and I'll approve it if it's okay
