Excellent work. Like I said earlier, the ears are better than the original version that Nintendo drew for a manectric. Moreover, the detail in her fur is well-done since I can tell there are strands of hair crossing from yellow to blue. The lighting seems good as well.
I recommend that others commission this artist.

The tear effects are done wonderfully and the shading/lighting on the fur and hankerchief makes them look really realistic.

Imagine a pokΓ©mon strong enough to take down ten level 100 umbreons from mainstream games. This isn't fair because those tough umbreons can't talk and the max power levels are higher in my story. Nevertheless there are four of those pokΓ©mon, and they have enough power to defy their leaders to some extent while not causing civil war. Combined with their army, they control a lot of land.
So one day those four pokΓ©mon and their goons went to Delilah and her family and said, "We're taking your house and farm. Get out within an hour." A week passes, those four pokΓ©mon give her and her family free food and money to act "nice," and then they force Delilah to join their army and say, "If you escape, your new mate shall die." Of course, her mate wanted Delilah to escape, and he was okay with dying so that she didn't become a monster.Β
She escaped, and she really hates those four pokΓ©mon while she's crying in this picture.
