Description Taken in the lakeland fells while up on Castle Crag - a small and humble fell yet one offering some of the best views of the borrowdale valley. This is looking over Rosthwait and the Borrowdale Fells south of Derwent Water.

It had been patchy clouds and sun for most of the day and it was towards the late evening when the sun really did its best.

It is after all the light that gives a landscape its beauty and personality.

This is a true panaramic photo taken with the tilt and shift lens that enables me to do panaramics, read my journal for more info.
