A Gift for bignightmareendz666 .
I must admit, I had great fun creating this piece of work. While she was really tricky to get down due to the detail and lines required, I had such fun making this character~ I feel like I've done a brilliant job on this.
I took inspiration from Pinup , when she was just a kitten , kamono murder , and riding the water fall . Since I liked bits and bobs from the various versions of her~
I really loved making this character~

For the textures, if you are really still learning, I think you're on the good path: I approve how you chose that "scratched" pattern for the red hair and the bubbly one for the shirt.

Seriously, the texture thing was something I started implementing recently, and I'm still trying to work out all the kinks to it. I actually used a grass brush to mimic hair~ X'D But in truth I'm trying to figure out which brushes look good and on what type of clothing.

I'm not a digital artist, but if it can be of some use, I think that clothes should require a pattern of thin parallel lines or little squares very near to each other, to mimic the fabric effect.
The grass brush has been a clever idea, I know some people who do the same since hair and grass are so close
