pencil, watercolours, coloured pencils, a little bit of photoshop boosting...mum found veeery old watercolours i used to paint with in elementary school (probably about 10 years ago XDDD) and i just had to give them a try.

Magnificent len-yan!! Everything looks so perfect, and I greatly admire your ability to range your talents so far across from sketches to watercolors, everything looks beautiful. The hair looks so realistic and yet still manga, and I love the way its like hes fading into the edges with the watercolor splotches.

Your colors are wonderfully bold, which I know can be difficult in this medium without getting muddy-- you've pulled the rainbowy effect off perfectly, though, and it adds a brilliant touch of life and sparkle to the painting. Gorgeous.

i play around with water color too...but most of them turned out to be abtract..or almost Picasso-ism (lol)
