I finally saw the movie today
Why can't people see he just needs some love and someone to tell him he isnt ugly //craisOmg this is really such a sad drama.
My feels are once again trough the roof!! Even though i knew better i couldnt stop myself from hoping that Cristine would end up with Eric instead of Raoul. I honestly had expected her to be able to see past his mistakes and gruesome face... and see he is just a guy suffering from PTSD who needs help and someone in his life after all these years ;-; Anywaaay Some realism practise <3 Gerard Butler as The Phantom of The Opera.

It was the first phantom in my life. And I just got interested in other versions after knowing this. And he's really PHANTASTIC! This is the best story in all the world, I could watch it all day and not get tired.

same here haha Eric Desler is just such a enchanting character!! I cant help but feel like this massive amount of compasion and pity for him lol
Ive seen the movie over... 6 times now in 5 days time 
I only like the musical/opera/movie better then the original book.... Eric as a 56 year old guy is a whole lot more creepy and less romantic/hot/cute/endearing

Wow, amazing photo study !
I love that movie too. I love the soundtrack a lot and listen to it quite often. I liked Eric's character, I liked him during the Phantom of the Opera / Music of the Night part. I've been touched by his story. However I must admit that as the movie progressed, he started to make me more and more uncomfortable, he started to be quite huh, creepy x_x
Therefore I can't really blame Christine 'cause at the end, Eric was mainly possessed by his inner demons and it became harder and harder to recognize the man behind the "monster"

And yes. In the end he kinda lost it. That was so sad ;-; He is just a guy suffering from a nasty PTSD who needs help. Im sure all wouldve gone better if they talked more openly xDD Still its his change from man to 'monster' that makes the movie so gripping and amazing to watch/listen. I wish they would have a future together but its awesome as it is.
