This would be explained in a Preg!Sam drabble I'm writing.
But yeah, this is pretty self-explanationish. [isthatevenaword?] Sam's throwing up ectoplasm. And yeah, I know morning sickness comes arrond the third month, but Sam's pregnacy in everything but nnormal.

She does sometimes. But Danny can't be the only one to blame. Who sent her to have feelings for some kind of hybrid whom would definetly inherit his DNA to all of his offsprings? Nobody. Right?

It's very complicated here. Ghosts also can throw ectoplasmic rays, and I doubt that ectoplasm comes out of their blood. I think of ectoplasm more like the thing ghosts are made of. I know woman throw up their food or stomach fluids, but as you can see, Sam's pregacy is not a regular one. Not only is she having morning sickness VERY late in her pregnacy, but she's also throwing up ectoplasm. And I think she's doing so because her body is incompatible with the baby's and the more the baby grows, the more incompatible it gets. SO yeah.

Not exactly, ectoplasm is a bit more complex in that it is their "blood" and their "flesh" as the ghosts in Danny Phantom are composed of ectoplasm driven by the possibly the memories of the deceased. At least that's how I think of it.
