I’m really loving The Dragon Prince and I can’t wait for the next season! I want to know more about Aaravos.
I hope this isn't too visually dark. I wanted to do some interesting(?) lighting/shading/whatever, but in the process I feel like I darkened things quite a bit.

This looks amazing! I think the darker color works a lot here actually, makes the piece look more mysterious and regal. It also adds a very good sense of depth, especially in the area of the horns. Wonderful work!

That's great to hear! I really love the sense of depth here, it feels like I could reach out and feel the curves of those horns. I know some friends of mine do this thing on Facebook where you can view art like a 3 dimensional canvas. I haven't done it myself, but it seems like something that would work very well for this piece.

Ahhh I love it! It looks SO good. I don't really think the shading came out too dark; you're making great progress with your shading techniques imo. I really love the trim on his outfit for some reason. And the details on the frame. And his eyes... and horns... ...and everything...

It's not too dark on my screen. Imo, the gold could use a little more brighter colors, but it still looks amazing
