Hahaha just like everyone else I thought the iguana was a photo as well. Your eye for such detail and blending is unreal dude. I've always thought of painting as such a difficult thing to do, but once you get the hang of it, it's so addicting and fun! And clearly you have this down very well! Great job man.

Woah, that iguana is so well rended that sometimes I think its a b+w photo when i'm not paying enough attention! You've really improved!

You have a really tight grasp on greyscale, Mr Lenko. I really like the rendering of textures on these, particularly the iguana. I must say that I do rather envy your versatility.

The iguana turned out amazing! I actually thought it was a photo in the thumbnail haha. Great details and use of values on both although I might be bias and say the iguana is better...idk some parts of the guy are muddy but painterly so it looks intentional. And no this is not boring! These are the kind of pieces that blow me away..(more then your 100th anime girl posing and looking to the side doodles at least hahaha). Great work man you're really improving your skill set.

yo thanks cvg! and good eye! tony jaa has less details/less deliberate rendering because i spent less time on him than the iguana (animals are infinitely more fun to draw than humans for me)...iguana was killing me in the last hour though, so many god damn scales
