An artwork submission for Dark Ages.Lenoa is curious to see what becoming a bard is all about. So, she traveled to Medenia to visit the Bard Mundane, Nean, to ease her curiosity.
:[ I couldn't tell if Nean was a guy or girl so.. it's ambigious!
God, this took me forever to do.. 3 days on and off.
Painter 9 and photoshop 7. Wacom graphire tablet. Please full view!!
[Edit] : I fixed some things that were bothering me. The carpet, the drapes, and the bard's face. I think I'm content with it now.

As for critiques: some parts seem really detailed (Lenoa's necklace, the curtains, lute strings, Nean's eyes) and others seem blurry (wood beams, rocks, Nean's hair, fingers, and lute). Try to make everything work together as one whole piece. You can make the background somewhat blurry and the foreground detailed, or vice-versa, just don't have certain parts be detailed and others blurry for both the foreground and background, as it makes things seem less realistic.
