Oh-My-God! You will think I'm Lieing, but I drew a Anime (not as good obviously) just like that! with the shy green eyes, flower in clean silky hair, and the same shirt. The only difference was my girl had blond, almost white hair with thick black stripes (why the zebra hair I don't know...). I called it Panzer, yes, I named the toon girl Panzer. Any-way its really good, this will go to my favs...
