Description
For a contest.Skarmory using sky drop on a Skitty. (I have nothing against Skitty I think it's really cute actually, it was just the first victim I thought of haha.)
This really challenged me because I had no idea how to paint a metallic surface but I tried my best!
Worked on over a period of several days. Took several hours at least.
Painted with SAI and tablet.
