i just wanted to explain the relationships that all these gals have, since i forgot people cant read my mind lol.

Keep in mind; the pridelands are a bit closed minded when it comes to sexuality, as are many prides. while labels for these things exist, its still a relatively new thing to be accepted and not everyone has knowledge of the labels we have. this is just a basic explaination of what everyone would fall under if they had our understanding of sexuality today. also, RELATIONSHIPS ARE COMPLEX

Kula would consider herself pansexual, and is sort of a hopeless romantic.
Nala would be demi bisexual. She likes both, but really needs there to be a platonic connection before she feels anything.
Zira Ok lisTEN LISTEN- its a joke please xD i asked my friend what sexuality thye think Zira would be and they said rabiosexual smh smh. but no, Zira is just a bisexual disaster that leans heavily for males. not sure whether this is for social reasons/her upbringing or just how she likes em.
Madoa is just a pansexual who wants to have a calm family. doesnt really get that at the moment, but oh well.

now, both Nala/Kula and Zira/Madoa are in what would be Quasiplatonic partnerships. Kula and Nala lean more into romance, and that romance grows until eventually it blossoms into a full romantic relationship. ill explain how that happens later.

Zira and madoa is a more complex relationship. the two are more on the platonic side, but are heavily co dependant. they raise cubs together as a unit, cuddle, and will not be without eachother. Madoa feels more romance towards Zira than Zira feels for her, but it doesnt bother her much. after Scar is killed, Zira goes through a 'rebound' period where she seems more romantic towards Madoa, though its mostly for comfort. Things even out again after a year, though there is still romance there.
