Description
This is Luke, an evil magician boy character I've been developing...Drawing this one was so delightful... I got it all done in about 5 hours... Work just flowed and quite frankly, I guess this was one of the best drawings i've ever done, if not the one.

Lovely picture.
I really like the way you did the hat, the fabric looks good. I really like his bright eyes shining out, they're a really lovely colour.
I especially like his freckles and the detail you put into the strands of hair.
I also think the green lighting looks very good. Nice work.

those freckles throw you off on the evil part, but the eyes make such a bright impact, you know hes up to no good

Interesting portrait, however for me the eyes looks like they aren't his. I'd say unnatural if you'd wish to make them natural... 
I'd make more shadows on them, to make them be his.
