"Maria.... I miss you.... I'm trying my best... Is it enough? Maria, you want this, right? You want me to help the beings on this planet, right?"When you look at Shadow, do you see an evil, or dark, or cruel hedgehog, or anything similar? Let me tell you what I see... I see someone who's experienced a traumatizing event. He lost one of his greatest friends, and therefore has a trust issues, but it's not his fault. Shadow could accept some amazing friends, but he's afraid. He's afraid something's going to happen to them too. Shadow tried to protect Maria, but he couldn't. He doesn't want to loose anyone else. Now what do you think of him?
