his wings are actually almost done now but i wanted to show the head and this is the best photo i have.he is a quadsuit and will be work to november supanova in brisbane QLD

Is the head hollow? Or did you wear the Quadsuit-head on your own head? It looked very nice shaped! And the eyes are gorgeous!
And how did the wings hold on the body? Did you sew or glue them?

no the head isnt hollow, it is built onto a big helmet 
the wings were both glued and sewn on under a few layers of support fabric also.

Thanks for the explanation! Oh I see! I never built a fursuit or quadsuit before and have a lot to learn before I start my own one, that´s why I asked so many questions ^^° I hope it doesn´t get on your nerves too much.
May I ask how you get into the costume? Is there a zipper in the front (at the belly)? I see a hole between head and the bodypart - does that mean you can take off the head or did you sew the head and bodypiece later together?

it doesnt get on my nerves at all! i would never have gotten to where i am without the help and advice of others
yep, there is a zipper at the front which is hidden when you are walking, and yes the head can be taken off, i attach it with velcro to the body when i put it on

I think it´s the best solution to take the head off. Otherwise I wouldn´t know how to transport this thing XD (I have no car so I need to transport the fursuit per train).
I´m very suprised that velcro is enough to attach it. The head must be very light

I also tend to use foam, it seems easy enough to work with as a beginner. I can imagine a lot of people asking what this is if they can see the head of the suit
yeah, I´m worried about that too. Maybe I can construct it this way to take off the wings.

Can you make sure to take tons of pictures of your process of the wings? I can't find a decent tutorial anywhere for things like that, but I learn exceptionally well from good pictures. It would be beyond helpful if you could do something like that! (Also I just wanna see more of this because I'm in LOVE with it)
