Build: A very long bodied cat with medium length sandy fur covering his body, an extremely long tail covered in long luxurious fur with short fur covering his face and legs. He's relatively muscular but not bulky and walks with an air of grace. His face is angular and elongated like his body and has an almost oriental feel to its structure, large ears sit slightly slanted on his head, following down his neck sits a crest of bristled ginger fur that never seems to lie flat no matter how much he grooms it, which is an endless source of annoyance to him.

Describe:

Calm: Tends to go through life with an air of calm, manages to keep his cool in situations others may find frustrating or aggravating.

Tactful: Is very good with his words and tends to be very good in sensitive or delicate situations or conversations.

Clever: Something he supposes he inherited from his parents. Although not a weak cat he does prefer to use his brains over his brawn to get himself out of tough situations.

Determined: Determined to the point of stubbornness. Sandstride isn't one to give up easily and will stick to his guns until he is either proven wrong or succeeds in his venture.

Negative traits: Stubborn // Silver tongued // Resentful // bears grudges.

Stubborn: Sand's stubbornness is a double-edged sword and can either be used in useful situation or can be completely unreasonable.

Silver tongued: A very good liar, although he tries not to.

Resentful: Sandstride holds a deep-seated resentment over his abandonment as a kit, although thankful to his adoptive parents he desperately wishes to know his true heritage, if only to ask why he was cast aside.

History
Cast aside as a kit and left on the border of Brena along with his three siblings Sandstride was picked up by what would be his adoptive parents. Knowing from a very young age that he was not true kin to those that cared for him night and day sandstride developed a deep-seated anger towards those that created him and then simply left him. This ended up turning into resentment towards those with complete families and would often find himself growing jealous of other kits as they nuzzled into their parents and grew strong on the love that they gave.

As he grew he also grew in strength, both from the love and care his adoptive parents gave him and the determination to prove those who left him wrong, that they were wrong to simply cast him aside. He eventually became a chaser, using his wits and stealth to chase away intruders of all kinds and honing his skills so that if he were ever to find out his true heritage, he'd be able to show them what they lost.

Newly ranked as chaser and doing well in his new role the clans were suddenly hit with a rebellion. Sandstride was almost unsurprised by this turn if events, given that many of his clan, including himself and numerous members of the other clans disagreed with the way Halcyon lorded themselves es over what they deemed as lower cats, he didn't believe in gold blood or that they had been chosen by starclan to rule over the rest.
So he joined the fight and revolted against the forced rule of halcyon. But despite their best efforts the rebellion was crushed and those found out were punished, thankfully Sandstride had a knack for keeping his head down and has managed to this day to stay out of the halcyon's overbearing gaze.
