I really love how the eyes are colored.

You have to help me here, I mean, the high quality you've pulled off with this is utterly gorgeous! I was just wondering, how do you re-scale the drawing from this size to fit the 50x50 size? ;-;' I've been trying to figure it out by myself and have searched for tutorials because I initially work on SAI and then transfer my layers to gimp. If you could I was just wondering how you went about this
All in all she looks just utterly phenomenal! I truly love the little stars in her eyes and the way they're shaded, not to mention the cutesiness over all !!! ;u; she looks phenomenal!!

AJKNDFASFUSALHFJSA> THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! ;v; and i used to use another program to size it down but it brung down the quality BUT yesterday i looked it up and it took me to this ezgif.com/resize and it was really easy i just chose my file clicked upload and then i changed the width and height to 50x50 and then it changed it to that size and then i saved it and alot of the times my icon files are always above 15 kb so i go to the optimize settings and change it but uh it doesnt always end up good if you have to optimize it because it can bring down the quality and make it look kind of static like the last one i did but it fit the character so i kept it lol my friend liked it so
but if you bring the optimizing to high it does fix the kb most times but if you use to much like mine trying to fix it might look like this
it looks kinda static compared to the original

yeah but static is cool to it can be really pretty but if you have a animating software its really easy to do

im pretty sure there are free ones i have a free one but like i wouldnt suggest it its really bad plus theres not a way to get it lol but there is another one and its not really good either its difficult to work with .-. and then sometimes you have to fix your files to 50x50 and then fix the KB size which i just did one and oh man it was terrible the KB is really hard to fix if you have alot of frames
