This in fact, did happen. Lestat told me this himself while maintaining a persona of absolute anonymity while he was with me, insisting that a single candle be the only light in the room. YEAH RIGHT I'M SO FULL OF CRAP LULZ.<3I still knew it was him. >.> LESTAT CAN'T HIDE FROM MEH. Oh, he takes over twilight in so many ways. So, very, very many. So many I can't count them. xD
Let's put it this way, Anne Rice has SO MUCH religious metaphoric in her stories, they're insightful, at some points they make you cry for the pure beauty of it.
Stephanie Meyer's stuff is just sick and wrong. XD
Then again some of Anne Rice's stuff was sick and wrong, too, but that didn't stop the majority of us from absolutely loving Armand/Marius. xD

Stephanie Meyer is actually kind of imaganitive. But her books still aren't as well written as Anne Rice's are. And I do agree, vampires do not sparkle!!! booo,edward!!!
