I don't think so! I have a pair of regular shoes that I've drawn on, and water hasn't affected them. They have faded over time, though.

ALL OF THEM. Well, I tried to stick with lots of pink, since that's what she asked for, and lots of bright shades. Turquoise was probably my second-most-used color.
