Alex Mercer from Prototype.

I'm not sure if this could really qualify as a speed painting since I spent so much time on his face [The eyes took forever]. I used an overlay of other images to get the texture of the facial hair, eyebrows, cloth (on the hood), and the "crime scene" background-thing.

It's kind of small, but I really get tired of detail on larger images. The smaller it is the more detailed I can stand to get [ also, the seams from the texture overlays don't show up as much ;B ]
