Description
Eduardo is a Rainforest biome Habie, created for ITSREIGNING 's raffle (www.deviantart.com/itsreigning… ). He is covered in rainforest moss, flowers, leaves, ferns, and mushrooms. His favorite weather is rain, and his element is rainforest moss. His design is taken from common Habie species guidelines and incorporates aspects of an iguana’s physiology, with some creative use of the coloration of exotic birds native to his biome.

Eduardo himself is a rather shy character, due to a rather unfortunate encounter with a fully grown gorilla as a dragonet (which left one of his horns forever bent at an upward angle). To hunt, he kills smaller prey and leaves it at the base of a moss-laden tree. He then hides up in its boughs, using his wings to cover his brightly colored body, and waits for unsuspecting scavengers. He also occasionally stalks larger game, or even predators, for a bit of a challenge (though he never, ever, under no circumstances hunts gorilla—he still can’t shake a lingering fear of them from his days as a dragonet). He roams far and wide in his rainforest so as to avoid over-hunting a specific area, which also allows him to protect his territory from anything, or anyone, with ill intent.

Something Eduardo enjoys, but takes great care to keep hidden, is a little bit of arts and crafts. His iguana-like hands make it somewhat difficult to do such things well—which results in some hilariously pitiful works, though over time he has gotten much better. Maybe if he ever showed someone else his work, he’d find he‘s not as bad as he thinks. Whatever the reason, he always destroys his work once it is completed, and as a result, no one else has ever seen (or heard of) his creative side.
