nice c:Β I like the sort of old-fashioned style of the face. the details are nice too, like the suitcase and the earholes in the hat ^^
I think my suggestion would be, that it might actually work a little better if it was a little more cartoony, for example the arms are surprisingly 'correct' for a cartoon character and give it almost a feeling of being a mascot costume or something like that~ of course, if that's intentional then nvm xD keep it up

Thanks for the comment. Glad you aprove. And you got a point about certain overtly human characteristics of the character, but he really is a squirrel. I believe the idea behind it (as it been almost 30 years since I created this guy I can't be 100% sure) was that he only interacted with human characters (at least he did in his premiere issue and a cross over follow up). So his arms are thinner and more elongated than his chubby legs, making him more humanoid-ish then anthropomorphic as a rule.
