I don't really know the technical terms but it's a mixture of several tools. It's digital painting and it's primarily acrylic spread out and scraped. Thats mixed with dry brush strokes with some shading covered by spray paint. The background is pastels and a dry roller.

Yeah, it's a really realistic piece of kit called ArtRage. I actually do all of mine on my iPad. A lot of scope with the kit, you can do pastels, watercolours, acrylics...all sorts. The only problem is that the resolution of the pictures isn't high enough really.
