I used to play Pathfinder and such. I'm very good at playing a healer but horrible at roleplaying one. Also, my characters are never as cool as these.

I think the most recent stuff goes at the top.
On another note, that is one bad ass barbarian-spirit-guy she's got there. And she looks rather cool herself.

Ah, I see. And yeah, it's not exactly an OP class but it's a cool concept and fun for RP-oriented play. Mediums basically get to build collections of spirits that follow sort of thematic patterns (the champion, the sage, etc). Who and what exactly the spirits are is determined by where the medium seances to summon it but spirits are actually psychic residue, not ghosts. They're the collective product of people believing or retelling stories (like the real Skulltaker was probably much less of a cartoonishly over the top barbarian as 'her' skulltaker). For example seancing on a battleground might summon a militant spirit like a barbarian while doing one in a library might summon an archmage. Mediums can either manifest their spirits as helpers or let them inhabit their own bodies to gain bonuses but have to be careful not to let the spirit influence them too much. If they gain too many influence points they lose control for the remainder of the day and the DM steers them, the medium just a vessel for the spirit. It's not a powerful class but a fun one.
