Description As I mentioned in my status I couldn't do any real work today because I left my pen bag at home. So here's a little sketch I did on my lunch in case anyone ever wondered what my sketches look like.

Thanks! Maybe if I find the time this weekend I'll do an inked version.

Thanks! It's a bit messy in certain parts but my weakness with perspective is why I have to keep drawing it ^^

So do you do your sketches on paper and then finish them on the computer? Or was this done digitally? I'm curious.

I sketch and ink on paper (my usual tools are a disposable mechanical pencil and 2 sizes of art pen (0.1 and 0.5). I ink on the paper and then transfer it into photoshop, clean up the messes, then move it into illustrator to do the colors. I usually work on regular old cardstock instead of mixed media paper because I like the feel of it. I'm kind of a cheapskate artist -.-

Interesting. I'm even more of a cheapskate than that, I think; I sketch on a cheap sketchpad and then scan the sketch into my computer, then do lines and colors using free programs like GIMP and Inkscape. It's slow but it's been working so far.
