I wanna say it was in the Civil War/Dark Reign era. There was a whole "Who is the Red Hulk/She-Hulk?" angle. They even hinted it was Domino as Red-Shulk, because she was running around in Domino's leather catsuit, but then it was revealed that Domino figured out how Red Hulk was, and was on her way to tell Cap, and she got ambushed by Betty who beat her nearly to death and took her clothes.
