I like the anatomy and his look..I mean who doesn't love a half naked boy lol.. but and I hope this doesn't come off wrong...I think the style of the head looks a little different from the body? like the head looks anime and the body looks semi-realistic o.o..Idk I feel worried saying this like it sounds mean e.e

The sketchy line work took like 30 minutes but it took me about an hour to color!

Spiderman! ...was the first thought that came into my mind, after reading the title
In my opinion your second best picture so far (after the Summer-without-couch picture 
But I also see some issues here. First his hair is still too bulky for being wet, it should literally stick to his skin
Then his pose is too stiff (especially around his shoulders, draw them more relaxed). That's all, it's still a great picture

Yes, this is a sketch! I got SAI and it's easier to sketch and line in
and I've been doing a lot of quick sketch practice too so I'm getting really fast now
The reason why I said this is a sketch is cuz I didn't do any guidelines, I just kinda went...
He was actually not supposed to be in the pool to being with, but I had already done the hair
