I like how you got a good sky:ground ratio, you really made this picture work. It leaves a lot to think about, and leaves the meaning of the photo open to many interpretations. Good shot!

I like it a lot. Reminds me a scene in Eternal Sunshine Of Spotless Mind. A sort of cold, nostalgic, lonely feeling. Can't explain why. Maybe the sea, or the light.

this seems so modernly-vintage.
the tones are harmony of the peice are brilliant, as well taking it through (what i beleive to be) a car window gives it this kind of tattered look... it takes away the picture perfectesque of it and makes it more real and tangible.

there isn't any car window, just the scan.to boot this is a scan of a contact, so indeed the bad quality makes them..

It's great how you've shown seperation from the subjects by the distance from them, and the way they're filling the frame.
The sky and sand hold more importance than the people - it's great. Very atmospheric.
