Ahhh I love this image - love the crispy feeling of paint even if its digital. I got the impression it was painter. That program can be quite awesome and I'll have to revisit it.
So lovely with the combo of the different layers and types of brushes you used for it. I also adore the colors as well. It would be better that I could fave your whole gallery.

you drew him perfectly
the expression, his body language, it's all quite fitting and wonderfully done
I love the hints of green behind the red and white of the flowers and his hair
also
for some reason I like the shape of his nose
but it's all beautifully done, colors, composition, everything
the delicacy of the strokes is amazing
and the wine glass and flask are right up there in my favorite thing in the painting~
but then I love the whole thing <3

This is a lovely piece, but it could really do with having a bit more detail done to the hands and vial, as the eye is drawn to that as well as to the face.

Use custom brush, mimic strokes like you would do with traditional media (oil), play with ps options :3

First thing that came to my mind was, "Lestat!" but after reading your comments on it, I see it's not. I love how you did this, though, especially the flowers and blood swirling around him... makes me itch to reach out and touch it to see if it's real or not. XD
