Very vibrant, strong colours, they look great.
And his face truly caught my eye even there's strong red shades around him. ^^

I'm so sorry to hear about the accident. and glad that you seem to be feeling better (well enough to access a computer and draw again, at least!) Hope that you will rest up and recover quickly.
I realized you had not posted new art or updated your blog in a while, but I thought you were just super busy with work and drawing. Really sorry to hear that wasn't the case
from the picture I can't tell at all that you hurt your arm / hand, your work's as beautiful as always. the composition / colours are really arresting, and I love the addition of the white flower on the bottom left.

or just a laugh ? thats why death is so amusing, if you can face it with a smile, or grasp the chance after shaking hands. nasty times can be so precious afterwards. death gives us a nice gift, maybe the best one, that is life, in all its strange ugliness and beauty.
