I cant see anything wrong with this. . . so critique please!!WELL, after my first picture of the day DIED on me, I made this one. Just cuz i havent drawn natro in a while and i really love him ^__^
I'm happy with how this turned out, however i copied the pose from a photo someone took of themselves here on DA ( i've actually been trying to do a pose like this for YEARS but could never get the legs right ), and then filled the picture with other people's brushes. .__.
BUT. . . this pose is pretty common, and the creators of the brushes put them up for public use, so i'm still happy with this ^__^
For those of you who know of them, the darkness around natro are the salems fire clan. They dont like bright light, and since natro's flames are mostly for deffensiveness, their brightness is the only thing that really protects him from them.

I used so many brushes on this, i'm not even ganna post where they're from. Just know they arent mine and look through the 'brushes' section of my faves.
Tools Used: Sai, CS4
Time Spent: . . . not very long.

Well if the light is coming from the back (it kind of looks like it is so if it isn't just ignore this post) then the sides of everything should be a bit washed out while everything else on the body should have intense shadows and zero highlights.

sorry, it isnt really XD;; i just added that light there for effect and kinda washed it out with the background. The light source is coming from the flames on his hands.
I'll remember that tip though.

oh awesome pose~
detailing is brilliant and the colouring as well though i have to say that the pants area just beneath his abs could go a little bit more darker~ just to show that it's shielded by both his thighs and upper body ;9
i can see movement with the hair, depicting a sort of landing, subtle but quite effective ^^
his palms look...rushed...it gave me that feeling, probably because it looks pretty flat ._.
but all in all~ it looks cool >w<

I like the effects and the background!
However, the anatomy of the guy bothers me; his feet seem too small, his kneecaps seem in awkward places compared to each other, and there are too many lines defining the abs.
Also, his pants seem to be falling down.
Sorry if any of those aren't right, but they just kinda bothered me.

The buldge around the first joint in his thumb is a little too big. Idk how to explain it really. The inside of his hand just needs to be a little thinner ^^
