I like your work. It's very detailed and line-oriented, and the colors you choose to include set a very striking mood.
One thing you might want to consider is varying the thicknesses of light detail. On the cloak, feathers, hair, etc, you included beautiful, flowing detail, but they are mostly the same thicknesses, both the positive and negative shapes.
