I like the whole concept behind it. This looks like it might have been digital(or just really damn good makeup), but I once did a makeup job like this. Kinda drew me in, I love gore makeup.

i like the idea. i can get alot of inspiration from this picture.
this is kind of an "on the edge" -photo, thinking about how our bodies should be and should not be today - and how it might be in the future. you know, the models creates the sick bodyimage alot of young girls go after.

Excellent masking and blending, a tiny bit off down the bottom right area. Have you played around with lighting and shadows much? I've always found this to be quite a useful technique to hide imperfections sometimes
