So this evening, at 21:00 PM, I was bored going from there to here in my house, and I said "What if I get a photo of one of my friends who I never drew and dress her in a puffy, bizarre and pretty/hilarious costume?And here she is, Azahara. I took reference from her face; the rest came out of my head, so I don't know in which historical period would fit that amount of clothes, but hey, I had fun. Because yes, because I can.

Oh thank you very much! I was worried that the dress would look more "cartoon" than her face, because I didn't take reference for it, so I had to depend on my intuition to see where to put shadows and that... I'm very relieved, and thank you for your kind comment *w*
