I saw this lineart and instantly, it was "XENA!!!" So, this may look like a very simple coloration, but I really worked to emulate the theme of the character. My best friend loves Xena, so I thought of her as I colored it.

The hair was the hardest part, to make it near-black, but with some red highlights, and not lose the shapes in the lineart. I love the eye, it looks so blue against the black, brown, and gold, and Xena's eyes are very striking, so I love how it turned out.
