So look who finally finished a ref sheet (Ft. my sunburnt child)

SO I actually updated Maggie's design like a year ago but I never drew it whoops
I'm pretty fond of her new design though

All abour Maggie
Maggie grew up mainly with her father out on the sea after her parents separated. She spent her childhood exploring and learning new things firsthand. When she was around 10 years old, her father suddenly became broke and was in serious debt. He resorted to thievery and pirating, often using Maggie as a distraction while he stole. It wasn't long before her father's mental state deteriorated and he resorted to finally killing himself after 2 years of being in debt. Maggie then took it upon herself to return home to her mother and younger brother with the bad news but shortly after arriving, decides to head out again with a crew of her own. However, not many people pay attention to a 13 year old captain.
Maggie is a very short-tempered girl and it doesn't take much to push her buttons. She is also fiercely independent and often refuses to ask for help, even if she needs it. She hates to be belittled and underestimated, even though she is extremely unskilled for a position like captain. Despite her loud and grumpy demeanor, she cares deeply her friends and especially her younger brother whom she can be a bit over protective of. Her coat was the one that belonged to her father and she claimed it for herself after her passed, hence why it is so oversized. It can be a slight burden just moving around because it is so big on her. It's not uncommon for her to trip over it and she has to roll up the sleeves an excessive amount in order to use her hands properly. In cases where she needs to move around switfly, she uses her belt to tuck up the bottom of her coat to make it easier to avoid tripping.
