Your collages are lovely, by the way. I was never good at collage-but perhaps I will experiment more with them!

Try collage it's easy and so much fun ... scissors and glue my friend ...

Thank you ....well it's a portrait for a friend so I do it with lyrics/poems/quotes that remind me of the person.

And as for using one source...planning on doing a MLK portrait completely out of his "I have a dream" speech .

But basically it's always centered around the individual...atm I'm stepping a bit away from painting and doing more printmaking. I think I'm also going to do more anti-rape pieces and political works. . Thank you!

Well that's just all kinds of cool to be able to pay tribute to an individual in such great detail. Impressive... I'm sure you're friend was beside herself with it.

And that's awesome you're actually aiming your art at something that matters...few do that.
