An altered version of the previous pic. I tried to put more detail into the straitjacket and removes the mental hospital interiors/exteriors from the pic.----------
Danny is crying at the prospect that he won't see anyone except hospital staff administering his medications for another few years...
Crying at the prospect that the only thing he will be doing for another few years will be staring at the white padded wall...
Crying at the prospect of hugging himself in straitjacket for the another few years.... And...
Crying because nobody believes him anymore...

There's an entire website somewhere out on the world wide web, that's dedicated to drawing of famous cartoon and anime characters in an insane asylum. The site is run like an actual hospital and you can track the progress of the characters, where they are in the hospital, and why they were admitted.
Sorry for that, it's just that your pic reminded me of that site for...well...obvious reasons.
Anyway, the artwork is very nice and moving. It's good work and you should be proud.
